Femininity

I was never sure if this title was a bit too clichéd, but to me it seemed perfect. This was a very much spur of the moment picture of my (then) girlfriend, sitting on our bed. What appealed to me was how simple and demure she looked, and how the shadows make her seem even more modest.

This is a scan, as at this stage I was using my garage as a darkroom and doing good old-fashioned printing onto paper.

This picture still hangs in our bedroom today more than fifteen years later.
